Spicy Potato Soup
- 6 large Blue Denim White Potatoes, cubed
- 1-1/2 serrano chilis, finely chopped
- Salt to taste ground black pepper to taste
- 1 dash paprika
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 8 cups water
In saucepan, fry potatoes in oil until golden brown. Stir in peppers, water, and seasonings. Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.
